This website provides official information, media, press materials, development updates, community links, and store links for Cepheus Protocol. Game purchases, refunds, Steam accounts, and Steam services are handled by Steam under Steam's own terms.

Cepheus Protocol, Halcyon Winds, logos, artwork, screenshots, videos, characters, lore, and related materials are owned by Halcyon Winds or its licensors. You may use press materials and screenshots for news coverage, reviews, creator content, and community discussion as long as the use is accurate, non-misleading, and does not imply official endorsement unless permission has been granted.
Community Submissions
If you submit questions, feedback, comments, ideas, or other community material through linked tools or contact channels, you allow Halcyon Winds to review, moderate, quote, display, respond to, and use those submissions for development, community, livestream, and promotional purposes. Do not submit confidential information through public community tools.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to break or bypass security, scrape aggressively, upload malicious content, impersonate others, harass people, or use the website in a way that violates law or harms the site, the community, or Halcyon Winds.
Third-Party Links
